Operational support for service-based businesses
Practical support for the parts of your business that keep getting pushed aside
About Me
I'm Natalle Krynauw, and I've spent close to 20 years in corporate operations, mostly in insurance and risk engineering. I’ve always enjoyed improving systems, solving problems, and finding better ways of working.
For much of that time, I led the operations team for a specialist risk engineering group. That meant keeping a team of consultants organised and moving, making sure work got out the door to a high standard, managing the systems and reporting that kept the business running, and constantly looking for ways to do things better. It gave me a broad understanding of how people, systems and processes need to work together for a business to run smoothly.
Eventually I wanted to take that experience somewhere the impact would be more immediate. Small businesses move faster, the problems are tangible, and when something improves you can see it straight away. I find that genuinely satisfying.
That's why I started Loom Operations, to help small business owners get their operations in order, so they can focus on the work they're actually good at.
I'm based in Melbourne and work remotely with clients across Australia.
Who I Work With
I work with sole operators and small teams who want their operations running smoothly without the overhead of hiring internally.
That includes trades and hands-on service businesses needing help with scheduling, client communication and job flow. Allied health and professional services practices with admin-heavy workloads. Consultants, creatives and specialists managing client-heavy work. And business owners growing quickly who need help staying on top of the moving parts.
If you want your business to run smoothly without managing every detail yourself, you're in the right place.
Services
Twenty years in corporate operations means I've done all three of these: the daily execution, the systems behind it, and the ongoing management once it's running.
The fours areas below aren't separate services. They're different parts of the same job, and I move between them depending on what your business needs at the time.
Operational Diagnostic
A structured look at how your business actually runs day to day. Process review, systems audit, and a clear set of findings and recommendations, so you know what to fix first.
Operational Execution
Practical, repeatable tasks that keep your day-to-day organised. Inbox and calendar management, client communication, scheduling, document preparation, invoicing support, and meeting follow-through.
Systems and Workflow Setup
Creating structure and clarity in the backend of your business. Workspace and tool setup, SOP creation, workflow mapping, onboarding and offboarding flows, and folder and file structure design.
Operational Oversight and Maintenance
Keeping your systems and workflows running accurately once they're in place. Managing task flow, contractor coordination, team follow-ups, and catching issues before they become problems.

FAQ
-
Book in a discovery call or email me directly. We'll have a short conversation about what you're dealing with operationally, and I'll let you know honestly whether I can help. If it's a good fit, we'll agree on a scope and go from there.

That depends on what you need. Some work is project-based with a defined end point. Other clients prefer ongoing support on a regular basis. There's no lock-in — we work out what makes sense for your situation.
